The conference is aimed at young adults, single or married, who are English-speaking and work in the professional world or are seeking to. There is no firm cutoff age, but we recommend the event for ages 20-35. Friends and people who are not yet members of the church are encouraged to join.
Of course! The conference will be made up of primarily Asian-based participants but we welcome all regions to attend.
Aim to arrive in Jakarta on Friday afternoon 12th July, before 5pm. The evening opening event will be held in the hotel in which participants are staying. If you wish to come on an earlier day and stay in the same hotel, please contact us so we can help arrange the same discounted pricing.
If you are arriving later than 6pm, do not worry! There will still be dinner provided. However, you will likely miss the opening event.
Upon arrival at airport, we will have teams stationed to help usher you in taxis to the dinner venue. We are not able to arrange coach pickup or dropoff at the airport due to the logistical challenges with flight times. Friday’s opening event is held in JS Luwansa, the hotel in which all participants will be staying. On Saturday and Sunday we will be based in the church building which is walking distance from the hotel. If you’d like to travel around during the free and easy time, you can walk to nearby restaurants or take Grab or bluebird taxis.

Yes, in the registration form before payment you can specify the name of the person.

For both international and local participants we are afraid that we are not able to process refunds once payment has been made. However, if you are able to find someone who can replace you, we are able to transfer the name up to 1 month before the event (Jun 12). Beyond that date, tickets are no longer transferable.
